At the beginning of the new year, everything looks fresh and new. On February 9th, the mobilization meeting and flag-raising ceremony for the second batch of overseas training personnel of Shandong Yixin Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. was held in front of the office building of Yixing New Material Industrial Park. The general manager of the company, Ren Shaolin, presided over the ceremony, and the financial director, Wang Jiqiang, and the deputy chief engineer, Chen Shengming, attended.

At the meeting, Ren Shaolin, the general manager of the company, gave a speech, fully affirming the full enthusiasm and high spirit of the trainees. He pointed out that he hoped that all the trainees would take it seriously, ask more questions, and arm themselves with the skills obtained through training as soon as possible.  He also hoped that they could quickly integrate their team and form a fighting force, so as to make comprehensive preparations for the formal production.

Finally, Ren Shaolin, the general manager of the company, presented the banner to the overseas training delegation.  The bright banner embodies the tremendous strength of Yixin Optoelectronics and carries the warm care of the company. Zheng Changkun, the leader of the training delegation and the director of the Quality Department, took over the banner and made a statement.

The company organized 45 people to Henan Xuyang Solar for observation, learning and rotation practice during this outbound training. The training lasted for nearly a month, with the main purpose of enabling new employees to understand the electronic glass production process as soon as possible, master production operation methods, process control points, emergency types and emergency operation procedures of processes and equipment, and enable new employees to quickly meet job requirements and prepare for the official production in 2023.  The company will further promote the deep integration and resonance of the industry development, and serve the local economic and social high-quality development with new industries and new achievements.
