On November 25, 2013, Xi jinping visited Zhu Village in Linshu County and issued important instructions to "let the people of the old area live a good life.". On October 25, 2023, Shandong Yixin Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. went to Zhucun, Linshu to carry out the theme activity of "Pursuing the Red Footprint and Promoting the Yimeng Spirit".

Zhu Yuliang, the special team leader of Yixing Industrial Park, Wang Enbao, the company's supervisor, Wang Jiqiang, the CFO, Zhang Ding, the deputy general manager, and some party members attended the event. Wang Jiqin, the Party branch secretary and village committee director of Zhu Village who was responsible for reception at that time, personally gave an explanation.

Since the 1930s, Zhu Village has been the first in the county to establish a party organization. Under the leadership of the Communist Party, the people of Zhu Village have made tremendous historical contributions to the struggle for national independence, people's liberation, and national prosperity and strength. Especially during the Anti Japanese War, Zhucun, as a revolutionary base along the Shuhe River, became a strong fortress for military civilian unity in the war. There are several historical relics preserved in the village, including the former site of the Anti Japanese Democratic Government in Linshu County, the former site of the Fourth Youth League Headquarters, and the Anti Japanese Primary School.

At the Zhucun Anti Japanese War Memorial Hall, all staff listened to the heroic deeds of revolutionary predecessors who never forgot their original aspirations and were willing to dedicate themselves, and felt the Yimeng spirit of "unity between the Party and the masses, deep military civilian sentiment, water and milk blending, and life and death sharing". At the Zhu Village Memorial Hall of the Steel Eighth Company of the Fourth Regiment of the Eighth Route Army, when the famous "Zhu Village Battle" occurred on January 24, 1944, Secretary Wang Jiqin choked up and said, "Gunshots are orders!"! The Fourth Regiment of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army (the "Old Fourth Regiment" of the Binhai Military Region), including the Third Battalion and Eighth Company, rushed to participate in the battle upon hearing the news and fought hard to repel the brutal Japanese puppet army. On the New Year's Eve, they saved Zhu Village and composed a touching song of military and civilian love. The people of Zhucun, in gratitude for the people's soldiers, sent a banner of the "Steel Hero Company" to the Eighth Company. Soon after, the Eighth Company was officially awarded the title of "Steel Eighth Company" by the Shandong Military Region. The People's Government of Later Linshu County established a "Anti Japanese War Memorial Monument" in Zhucun, which is a historical and cultural relic protection object of the county; Based on this, Zhu Village has become a permanent national defense education base and a patriotic education base. Secretary Wang continued, "Nowadays, on the first day of the Chinese New Year, villagers gather together and offer their first meal of dumplings to the martyrs. This tradition will continue to be passed down."

At the Linshu People's Front Memorial Hall, Secretary Wang Jiqin excitedly sang the song of the Shu River. Secretary Wang said, "With the care and assistance of organizations at all levels, including the central, provincial, municipal, and county governments, as well as various sectors of society, we have strengthened policy support and increased investment in funds. As a result, the old appearance of Zhu Village has changed, and the lives of the villagers have become increasingly prosperous.".

When everyone arrived at Wang Kechang's small courtyard in front of the "old support", Wang Jiqin recounted his memories. "On the afternoon of November 25, 2013, Zong Shuj sat down to chat with Wang Kechang's family about daily life, asked about their living conditions, and left behind the hope of" letting the people of the old area live a good life "." Recalling the scene back then, Wang Kechang, who is now over ninety years old, still vividly remembers and is excited: "The village has undergone great changes now, with better environmental sanitation and greatly improved appearance. I really want to invite Zong Shuji to come and take a look."

Following the footsteps of Secretary Wang Jiqin, we retraced the route of Zong Shuji's inspection, listened to Zong Shuji's earnest expectations from the past, and more profoundly restored the scene at that time.
